YaraLiva™ NITRABOR™

YaraLiva™ Nitrabor™ (15-0-0 + 18.3%Ca,0.3%B) is a high quality calcium nitrate fertilizer containing boron.

It is a free flowing, dense granular fertilizer that can be accurately spread manually or by machine applicator. It is hygroscopic in nature, dissolving easily when in contact with soil in humid condition or night dew. Furthermore, it offers low risk of scorching and ideal for application to high value crops providing excellent source of nitrate nitrogen and boron.

The presence of Boron prevents the flower from abortion. With proper application, it can help reduce fruit cracking, increases productivity and prolongs shelf-life.

Product application advice

Aubergine

Aubergine / eggplant: Apply 5-10 grams per hill 3 days after transplanting. Repeat application every 7 days thereafter.
Banana

Bananas: For standing crop, Apply 75 gms. per hill starting second month and every two months thereafter. At planting, apply 25 gms per hill.
Brassica Vegetables

Brassicas: Apply 5 gms per hill at transplanting. Follow up application of 5 gms per hill at head development.

Broccoli

Broccoli: Apply 5 gms per hill at transplanting. Follow up application of 5 gms per hill at head development (sarado).
Cabbage

Cabbage: Apply 5 gms per hill at transplanting. Follow up application of 5 gms per hill at head development (sarado).
Carrots

Carrot: Apply 80 grams per square meter 1 month after thinning.
Cauliflower

Cauliflower: Apply 5 gms per hill at transplanting. Follow up application of 5 gms per hill at head development.

Chili

Chili: Apply 5-10 grams per hill 3 days after transplanting. Repeat application every 7 days thereafter.
Chinese Cabbage

Chinese cabbage: Apply 5 gms per hill at transplanting. Follow up application of 5 gms per hill at head development (sarado).

Cucumber

Cucumber: Apply 5-10 grams per hill 3 days after transplanting. Repeat application every 7 days thereafter.

Cucurbits

Cucurbits: Apply 5 grams per hill 3 days after transplanting. Repeat application every 7 days thereafter.
Durian

Durian: 3 year old trees, apply 50 gm nitrabor per tree per year 4 year old trees, apply 100 gm nitrabor per tree every 6 months 5 year old trees, apply 200 gm nitrabor per tree every 6 months 6 year old and above, apply nitranor 500 gm per tree every 6 months

Guava

Guava: 1-2 year old trees, apply 100 gms nitrabor every 3 months 3 years and above, apply 200 gms nitrabor every 3 months

Leafy Vegetable

Leafy vegetable: Apply 5-10 grams per hill 3 days after transplanting. Repeat application every 7 days thereafter.

Longan

Longan: Before shooting, apply 400-500 gms Nitrabor per tree At fruit development, apply 400-500 gms Nitrabor per tree

Lychee

Lychee: Before shooting, apply 400-500 gms Nitrabor per tree At fruit development, apply 400-500 gms Nitrabor per tree

Mangosteen

Mangosteen: 1-2 year old trees, apply 25 grams per tree every 3 months 2-4 year old trees, apply 50 grams per tree every 3 months 4-6 year old trees, apply 100 grams per tree every 3 months 6 year old and above, apply 500 grams per tree every 3 months

Melons

Melon: Apply Nitrabor at 2-5 grams per hill every 5 days starting from 15 days after sowing (DAS) or 5 days after transplanting (DAT) until crop is 55 DAT or 65 DAS.
Onions

Onion: Apply 1-2 bags Nitrabor at early vegetative stage (12-14 days after transplanting and 22-24 days after transplanting). Follow up application of the same rate at early bulb formation (32-35 days after transplanting).
Pepper

Apply 5-10 grams per hill 3 days after transplanting. Repeat application every 7 days thereafter.
Potatoes

Potatoes: Apply 80 gms per sqm. at tuber formation.
Rambutan

Rambutan: less than 1 year old trees, apply 25 gms nitrabor per tree every 3 months 1-4 year old trees, apply 50 gms nitrabor per tree every 3 months 5 year old and above, apply 100-150 gms nitrabor per tree every tree months

Rice

Rice: Nursery: 7-12 days after sowing, apply Nitrabor equivalent to 50% of the seed weight used. At 5% heading, apply 1 bag Nitrabor (50kg) per hectare.
Tomato

Apply Nitrabor at 5-10 grams per hill 3 days after transplanting. Repeat application every 7 days thereafter.
Water Melon

Water melon: Apply Nitrabor at 2-5 grams per hill every 5 days starting from 15 days after sowing (DAS) or 5 days after transplanting (DAT) until crop is 55 DAT or 65 DAS.
