In the case of Yara Philippines, our products were previously restricted to the retail trade. But after months of planning, we are now in the leading online selling platforms, Lazada and Shopee. Named Yara Fertilizers PH, our online stores were launched last July 31, 2022. Our goal is to have our products available to every Filipino farmer, when they need it, wherever they are in the country. All they must do is: Add to Cart!
To ensure that we realize this, we partnered with one Yara’s distributors — Great Deals Agricultural Supply. Great Deals AS had been in the online business, offering agricultural supplies since the pandemic and we have leveraged on their experience. Great Deals AS will be in-charge of warehouse and fulfillment of orders as well as customer service.
Selected YaraVita products are available in on-line stores. These are: (1) YaraVita Cropboost, (2) YaraVita Bortrac, (3) YaraVita Caltrac, (4) YaraVita Zintrac, (5) YaraVita Magtrac, and (6) YaraVita Teprosyn. There are also exclusive bundles of YaraVitas offered at discounted prices. A new product is also exclusively available online, Yara AbonoKit, which is a starter kit for urban or backyard gardeners who would like to try Yara’s crop nutrition solution for vegetables. Inside the kit is (1) a guide on how to use the products; (2) 1kg YaraMila Unik 16, 2kgs YaraMila Winner and 2kgs YaraLiva Nitrabor which is good for 25 hills of vegetables like chili, eggplant, tomato or cucumber; and (3) a spoon for measurement and application.

As part of our launch, the first 100 buyers of the YaraVita Products will receive a Yara face mask while the first 500 buyers of Yara AbonoKit will get a Yara t-shirt.
This is a new way of working for Yara Philippines and still a work in progress. In the next weeks, we will be expanding our offering of YaraVita products to cater to more Filipino farmers seeking products that will help increase their productivity and profitability. Enhancements will also be done in the online stores to improve customer experience.
